Tools Needed for Assembly: Cordless Drill, Circular Saw, Hammer, Measuring Tape, Framing Square, Torx #25, #30, and #40, 5/8″ and 1/4″ drivers, 4” grinder, stapler and utility knife
The amount of labor hours required to build this structure is 80-100 hours, assuming basic skills in carpentry
*50% deposit required. Everything included in the kit is delivered following the 50% deposit except the polycarbonate twin wall. Upon receipt of 2nd payment twinwall ships from Amerilux in Wisconsin inside a large wooden crate 6’ wide and 15’ long.
